Juventus remain interested in a deal for Feyenoord centre-back David Hancko ahead of the January transfer window, but with little room in the budget as things stand, the Bianconeri will have to get creative if they are to pull a deal off.
According to Saturday’s reports, as many as four current Juventus players may have to leave if the Old Lady are to secure a permanent transfer for Hancko.
Which four Juventus players could move in order to raise funds for Hancko?
The 27-year-old is currently valued somewhere in the region of €30-€35m according to Calciomercato.com, although Juve hope that they will be able to negotiate some form of discount with the Eredivisie outfit.
In order to raise the funds for the rumoured deal, Juventus would first need to sell Nicolo Fagioli and likely Danilo as well, while two other players could reportedly move to Feyenoord in order to bridge the financial gap.
Juventus-owned Facundo Gonzalez, for instance, is already out on loan at Feyenoord, and has an option to buy set at €6m included in his contract. Calciomercato.com suggest that Juve could attempt to use that to their advantage.
Meanwhile, Feyenoord are also reportedly interested in Samuel Mbangula, who could also be sacrificed in order to raise funds for new additions according to reports throughout the 2024-25 season.
